Shipping Policy — Custom Fire Pits

Processing & Production Time

Each fire pit is hand‑crafted to order. Because of the custom nature of our work, production typically takes:

  • Standard Fire Pit shipping time: 7 to 14 Days
  • Custom Designs or Oversized Builds: 2–4 weeks

We will always keep you updated on your order’s progress. If we anticipate any delays due to weather, material supply, or fabrication volume, we’ll notify you right away.


Shipping Methods

Fire pits are heavy, oversized items that require special handling. We ship using:

  • Freight carriers (LTL) for large or heavy fire pits
  • UPS or FedEx Ground for smaller accessories (lids, spark screens, grates, nameplates)

All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation.


Freight Delivery Details

For freight shipments:

  • Delivery is curbside only unless otherwise arranged
  • The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window
  • Someone must be present to receive and inspect the shipment
  • Please inspect the crate or box before signing for delivery

If you notice visible damage, note it with the driver and contact us immediately.

Custom Orders

Custom fire pits, engraved pieces, and made‑to‑order designs may require additional processing time. We’ll provide an estimated timeline before fabrication begins.


Packaging

Your fire pit is shipped on a reinforced pallet that is banded and wrapped designed to protect it during transit. Accessories are packaged separately to prevent damage.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Delivery instructions (for freight shipments)

You can track your order at any time using the link provided.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your fire pit arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and the product
  2. Note the damage with the delivery driver (if possible)
  3. Contact us within 48 hours

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and repair or replace your item as quickly as possible.
